摘要：现代化城市建设进程在推进过程中，不仅需要建设各种新的基础设施，还需要对一些老旧小区及街道进行科学改造与整治，而在改造及整治过程中，会面临多种问题，如管线分布混乱等，对于这些问题要进行合理解决，针对具体情况，采用合适的技术方法，实现对城市内部老旧小区及街道有效改造，以此促进城市的建设发展。

On the Common Technical Methods of Old Community Reconstruction and Street Renovation

Abstract： In the process of promoting the process of modern urban construction， we not only need to build all kinds of new infrastructure， but also need to scientifically transform and renovate some old communities and streets. In the process of transformation and renovation， we will face a variety of problems， such as the chaotic distribution of pipelines. These problems should be solved reasonably according to the specific situation， Adopt appropriate technical methods to realize the effective transformation of old residential areas and streets in the city， so as to promote the construction and development of the city.

为了推动城市化建设，我国提出了老旧小区及街道改造这一举措。对于老旧小区改造来说，其主要分为基础类、完善类、提升类这3种类型。在具体的小区改造过程中，相关单位应该结合实际情况，采用因地制宜的方式，明确老旧小区及街道改造的具体内容，同时还要对老旧小区与街道的具体情况进行全面了解，并且还要将电梯加装、配套服务等多种功能诉求全部纳入到改造范围之中，使得老旧小区及街道的质量得以提升，能够与城市化建设相适应，借此提高城市的建设发展水平。
