摘要：21世纪是互联网技术高速发展的关键时间节点，本世纪甚至被誉为“互联网时代”。 信息技术的飞速发展，带动各行各业不断进步;尤其在医疗行业，得益于信息化技术的加持， 使得医院整体运营效能飞速提升。但目前国内一些医疗单位的信息化建设仍有不足，医院管理者应当充分认识到目前医院医疗管理信息化建设面临的问题，并思考相应对策，积极完善信息化工作，讓信息技术真正成为促进医院实现战略目标的重要依仗。本文就医疗管理信息化建设对医院战略发展的重要性、现状中存在的问题及应对之策几个方面展开探讨。

Thinking About the Roles of Medical Management Information Construction in the Hospital Development Strategies

Abstract： 21 century， known as “Internet Era”， is the crucial timeline of developing the Internet technology. With the advances of information technology， all walks of life are steadily thriving as well. In particular， the information technology makes it possible to increase the whole operating efficiency in the medical industry. At present， the information technology in some medical units is still to be further constructed. Therefore， the hospital management shall fully understand the existing problems of the hospital’s medical management information construction.

信息化是21世纪主要的时代特征，医院方面加强信息技术融合，能够有效改善传统医疗管理中效率低下、准确性不足、依赖人力资源等弊端，促进现代医院管理水平的提升。从现阶段来看，信息技术在现代医院的发展中占据着不可忽视的重要地位，人们也越来越认识到，现代医院整合信息化技术，提供有现代特色的医疗服务，已经成为我国医疗行业发展的大势所趋。而回顾信息化技术在国内的发展，其起步较之西方发达国家晚，在20世纪70年代才开始在国内崭露头角，且中间经历了诸多曲折，甚至停摆与技术倒退。但随着相关领域研究的不断深入，专业技术人才的孵化以及现代办医理念的不断完善，加之国家宏观政策的积极引导，我国医疗现状已正式迈入信息化时代。……
