摘要：现阶段，随着我国社会经济发展发展速度越来越快，自动化技术已经大很多行业中得到了广泛的应用，且应用效果非常好，所以电力企业也势必要朝向电力自动化发展，特别将电力自动化系统技术应用在配电网的运行管理中，能够更好的管理配电网。基于此，本文对配电网运行管理中应用电力自动化系统进行简要分析，并对湖南配电网自动化运行管理现状进行介绍，以供参考。

Application of Power Automation System in Distribution Network Operation and Management

Abstract： At the present stage， with the social and economic development in our country more and more fast， automation technology has been widely used in many industries， and the application effect is very good， so the power enterprise is bound to be toward the development of power automation， especially the power automation system technology applied in the operation and management of the distribution grid， can better manage the distribution grid.Based on this， this paper briefly analyzes the applied power automation system， and introduces the current situation of Hunan distribution network for reference.

合理应用电力自动化系统技术可以提高电网供电的可靠性、安全性。电网自动化系统技术在通信技术、计算机网络等技术辅助下，整合配电网各类数据，构建自动化系统，可以掌握配电网设备的运行情况，根据掌握的信息控制、调整运行管理体系，提高配电网运行管理工作的整体水平。

1建设配电网自动化系统的必要性

我国的配电网自动化方面的建设，与其他国家相比还存在着相对明显的差距，处于落后地位。之所以会出现这种现象，主要还是因为我国的电力公司未实现市场化，电力行业的竞争也不像一般行业，因此导致我国的电力建设资金出现相对严重的资金不平衡方面的问题，用于配电网自动化建设方面的投入相对较少，因此，资金的缺乏促使配电网自动化建设的相关设备以及技术不够先进。

另一方面，由于人们的生活水平越来越高，对于电力的需求也在不断增加，这就对我国的电力供电质量以及水平有了极大的要求。……
