电力工程造价信息化管理及评价研究

摘要:针对目前电力工程造价管理存在的管理模式滞后,难以适应高速发展的基于信息化技术管理的电力工程建设项目等问题,研究对大数据等新型信息化技术在电力工程造价管理领域中的运用,对其管理效果构建了综合评价模型。首先,基于电力工程信息化管理流程设计和电力工程造价信息化平台建设研究,提出了电力工程造价信息化管理新模式。其次,重点研究了信息化管理在电力工程造价领域的应用质量评价,包括评价指标体系的构建、使用层次分析法确定指标权重以及使用模糊综合评价法构建评价模型。最后,对某220kV变电站的新建工程进行了电力工程造价信息化管理评价案例分析,验证了所提方法、模型的有效性与准确性。本文的研究成果在提升电力工程造价管理水平以及提高工程项目经济水平方面具有重要参考价值。

Abstract:  Aiming at the problems that the current management mode of power engineering cost management is lagging and it is difficult to adapt to the rapid development of power engineering construction projects based on information technology management, this article studies the application of new information technology such as big data in the field of power engineering cost management. Constructed a comprehensive evaluation model for its management effect. First, based on the design of power engineering information management process and the research on the construction of power engineering cost information platform, a new mode of power engineering cost information management is proposed. Secondly, this article focuses on the application quality evaluation of information management in the field of power engineering cost, including the construction of evaluation index system, the use of analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight, and the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to build an evaluation model. Finally, a case analysis of power engineering cost information management evaluation for a new 220kV substation is carried out to verify the validity and accuracy of the proposed method and model. The research results of this article have important reference value in improving the cost management level of power engineering and improving the economic level of engineering projects.

近年來,随着“碳达峰”“碳中和”目标的提出以及构建新型电力系统等面向未来能源体系的发展路径的提出,我国电力系统进入以低碳、绿色、数字化为发展特性的新一轮建设发展期,电力系统建设投资逐年增加。电力工程造价管理是电力系统建设投资管理中的重要一环,其管理水平的高低直接决定了电力系统建设投资的效益与回报率。……
