摘要：如今，伴随着科技的进步，我国许多行业得到快速的发展。尤其是建筑领域，工民建工程数量的增多，加上施工技术的优化与创新，使得工民建工程质量得到强化。其中，地下室防水施工作为一个重要的环节，对施工技术的使用以及质量的把控提出了更为严格的要求。为确保地下室防水功能的有效性，相关施工单位需抓住施工技术要点，根据工程设计方案，合理展开各项施工，将地下室防水施工技术的应用优势发挥至最大程度，达到良好的施工效果。

Abstract： Nowadays，with the progress of science and technology， many industries in China have developed rapidly. Especially in the construction field， the increase in the number of industrial and civil construction projects， coupled with the optimization and innovation of construction technology， has strengthened the quality of industrial and civil construction projects. Among them， basement waterproof construction， as an important link， puts forward more strict requirements for the use of construction technology and quality control. In order to ensure the effectiveness of basement waterproof function， relevant construction units need to grasp the key points of construction technology， reasonably carry out various construction according to the engineering design scheme， give full play to the application advantages of basement waterproof construction technology and achieve good construction effect.

1地下室防水技術的概念和重要性
