摘要：城乡规划作为城市化进程的一部分，既要保证建筑速度提升，也需实现绿色建筑设计理念的合理应用。城乡规划建设过程中，要大力推广绿色建筑工程，要以促进城乡建筑现代化发展为基础，践行绿色可持续发展的理念。为此，本文首先分析了城乡规划与绿色建筑设计之间的内在关联，总结了城节城乡规划中绿色建筑设计理念应用的三方面要求，而后从优化设计内容、发挥城乡规划制度约束作用、构建科学完善的城乡规划体系3个方面探讨了城乡规划中绿色建筑设计理念运用的具体方略。

Application of Green Building Design Concept in Urban and Rural Planning

Abstract： As a part of the urbanization process， urban and rural planning should not only ensure the improvement of building speed， but also realize the rational application of green building design concept. In the process of urban and rural planning and construction， we should vigorously promote green building projects and practice the concept of green sustainable development on the basis of promoting the modernization of urban and rural buildings. Therefore， this paper first analyzes the internal relationship between urban and rural planning and green building design， summarizes the three requirements for the application of green building design concept in urban and rural planning， and then optimizes the design content， gives full play to the restrictive role of urban and rural planning system，building a scientific and perfect urban and rural planning system， this paper discusses the specific strategy of the application of green building design concept in urban and rural planning.

在城鄉规划工作持续开展的同时，政府部门对绿色建筑设计理念的引入与应用给予了高度重视。绿色建筑设计能实现建筑物及周边环境的有效协调，既能促进城乡建设的现代化转变，同时也可增大建筑物的绿色环保程度。绿色建筑设计需遵循自然为本的原则，需要通过设计的合理性把控，实现建筑与自然协调统一的目标。为保障城乡规划过程中绿色建筑的有效应用，政府部门应从政策的灵活颁布入手，通过政策调控并基于多元方法实施，确保城乡规划中绿色建筑理念的有效应用。

城乡规划是城乡协同发展的有效举措，可通过城乡规划的统筹部署，实现城乡建设布局的优化，高效利用自然资源，为城乡居民生活品质的提升提供助益，进而实现城乡协调发展的目标。……
