路基沉降控制技术在中西非区域公路建设中的应用

摘要:非洲中西部区域公路由于具有区域起伏较大及地质条件复杂的特点,容易发生局部路基沉降。若不及时对路基沉降进行控制,则会引发路面坍塌。基于此,本文以某中西非公路项目为例,首先阐述了重锤击实处理方法的实际应用,然后详细探讨了路基沉降控制技术的要点及地基综合处理技术,最终取得了良好的施工效果,希望能为今后相关工程提供参考。

Application of Subgrade Settlement Control Technology in Highway Construction in Central and West Africa

Abstract: Due to the characteristics of regional fluctuation and complex geological conditions, local subgrade settlement is easy to occur in the highway in central and western Africa. If the subgrade settlement is not controlled in time, the pavement will collapse. Based on this, taking a highway project in central and west Africa as an example, the paper first expounds the practical application of the hammer compaction treatment method, and then discusses the key points of subgrade settlement control technology and comprehensive foundation treatment technology in detail. Finally, good construction results have been achieved, hoping to provide reference for future related projects.

1工程概况
以某中西非公路项目为例,总长度94.5km,双向四车道,地质情况复杂。其中山岭重丘区路段占总长度的85%,路基大多属于高填方路基,在施工过程中需要注重路基压实。此项目采用重锤击实方式,保证路基的强度和稳定性指标,从而控制路基沉降。
2重锤击实处理方法的实际应用
采用重锤击实法来对高填方路基进行压实,控制路基沉降。对于高填方、高度超过10m的路基,以2m为单位进行夯实。对于膨胀土占比大的区域,在完成施工之后,施工人员需要密切关注路基排水设计,以提高路基的稳定性,减少路基沉降问题的发生。
施工步骤:第一,在对路基进行碾压时,需要根据路基的厚度来确定碾压的厚度,当路基的压实度>90%时,可以借助重锤击实法,对路基沉降进行控制;第二,借助夯机的水准仪来对锤击的高度进行控制,反复夯打,当沉降平均數值控制在5m内时,可以更换夯点,再重复上述动作;第三,整体路基完成夯实作业后4~7d内,需要对地基的承载力进行检测。……
