摘 要：港口电气设备是保障港口工作正常运行的关键构成部分，其性能的优劣、状态的好坏，均会影响港口设备的高效安全运行。本文基于港口电气设备使用及维护特点、港口电气设备管理的常见问题，从实施岗位责任制及定期轮岗制度、落实电气设备管理日常监督制度、践行电气设备定期检查维护制度、贯彻电气设备的预防性维护理念、建立电气设备高效备件管理制度五个方面明晰港口电气设备管理制度建设的主要内容，切实推动港口电气设备管理水平的提升。

Abstract：Port electrical equipment is the key component to ensure the normal operation of the port.Its performance and state will affect the efficient and safety of port equipment.Based on the characteristics of the use and maintenance of the port electrical equipment and the problems of the management of port electrical equipment，this paper clarifies the construction of port electrical equipment management system from the following five aspects to promote the improvement of port electrical equipment management：the implementation of post responsibility system and regular shift system，the implementation of the daily supervision system，the implementation of regular inspection and maintenance system，the implementation of preventive maintenance concept and the establishment of efficient spare parts management system.

港口电气设备是保障港口工作正常运行的关键构成部分，其性能的优劣、状态的好坏，均会影响港口设备的高效安全运行。港口电气设备在运行当中出现故障问题，不仅会影响设备的运行质量与安全，而且还可能导致港口作业中断，甚至引发安全生产事故，造成较大的经济损失[1]。随着我国港口大型化、专业化、自动化水平的提升，港口电气设备的先进性不断增强、数量和种类明显增加[2]，既提升了对电气设备维护管理水平的要求，又提高了对工作人员专业知识的要求。鉴于此，为保证港口设备的安全运行，提高经济寿命，需加强港口电气设备的科学管理，以加强港口电气设备管理制度建设为抓手，切实推动港口电气设備管理水平的提升。

1 港口电气设备使用及维护特点
