【摘    要】随着素质教育观念的不断深化，学校与家长的思想观念也在逐渐发生改变，教师和家长越来越关注孩子综合素养的提高。要想培养学生的综合素养，仅仅将教育的场所局限于课堂教学中是不行的。我国著名的教育学家陶行知曾经说过“生活即教育”，生活也是教育的重要场所，而组织社团活动正是利用学生的课余时间，社团活动并没有明确的教育要求，也是生活中的一部分。开展社团活动有利于丰富学生的课余生活，为学生创造无负担的实践环境，对小学生综合素质的提高有着重要的作用。

【Abstract】With the deepening of the concept of quality education， the ideology of schools and parents is gradually changing， teachers and parents are paying more and more attention to the improvement of children's comprehensive literacy. If you want to cultivate the comprehensive quality of students， it is not enough to limit the place of education to classroom teaching. Tao Xingzhi， a famous educator in my country， once said that "life is education" and life is also an important place for education. The organization of club activities is to use students' spare time. There are no clear educational requirements for club activities， and they are also in life. Part. The development of club activities is conducive to enriching students' after-school life， creating a burden-free practice environment for students， and playing an important role in improving the overall quality of primary school students.

社团活动是指不分年级、系科甚至学校界限，由兴趣爱好相近的学生组成，在保证学生完成学习任务且不影响学校正常教学秩序的前提下开展的各项活动。素质教育要求从德智体美劳五方面全面培养学生，力求让学生的综合素质有所提升，社团活动就是实现这一教育目标的有效途径之一。而小学正是培养学生综合素养的关键期，这一阶段的学习任务轻、课余时间多、学生好奇心强，学生也易于养成习惯，十分有利于通过开展多样的社团活动提升小学生的综合素养。基于此，本文将主要研究利用社团活动提升小学生综合素养的有效策略。

一、明确社团活动的开展目标，营造创新的教育氛围

不同的社团活动对学生产生的影响有所不同，学校在开展社团活动之前要明确开展目标、需要达到何种教学效果，这样才能对症下药，精准地选择社团活动类型。……
