摘 要：学习质量是衡量学生知识掌握的重要指标，受到内部与外部多重因素的影响，本研究深入探索了外部课堂环境对大学生学习质量的影响，以及作为内部自身因素的学习动机在其中的调节作用，通过对368个大学生进行调查，其结果显示良好的课堂环境能够显著提升大学生学习质量，同时学习动机正向调节课堂环境对大学生学习质量的正向影响。本研究综合研究了外部环境因素和内部个人因素对大学生学习质量的影响机制，这对于大学生学习质量提升具有重要的借鉴意义。

Abstract：learning quality is an important indicator to measure students' knowledge mastery，which is influenced by multiple internal and external factors.This study explored the influence of external classroom environment on College Students' learning quality and the moderating role of learning motivation as an internal factor in it.Through a survey of 368 college students，the results show that a good classroom environment can significantly improve students' learning quality At the same time，learning motivation positively moderates the positive influence of classroom environment on learning quality of college students.This study comprehensively studies the influence mechanism of external environmental factors and internal personal factors on the learning quality of college students，which has important reference significance for improving the learning quality of college students.

据2019年全国教育事业统计公布显示，全国共有高等院校2688所，总规模达4002万人，高等教育的普及化导致教学质量也越来越受到民众的关注，受过高等教育的人才是否能够为国家经济发展提供支撑性作用，将是高等教育质量发展的核心问题。在2010年出台的《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要（2010—2020年）》明确把“高等教育质量提升”作为我国高等教育发展的核心任务。[1]这说明了在高等教育过程中，要牢固树立人才培养在高校工作中的中心地位，注重培养拔尖创新人才，而衡量高等学校工作成效、社会贡献最重要的因素就是人才培养的数量和质量。
