摘要：当前，随着社会科学技术的进步，生活质量的提高，企业在市场中竞争意识不断加强，也不断加强其内部管理水平。标准是企业组织生产、经营活动的依据，企业标准化工作，是企业科学管理的基础，应当纳入企业的发展规划和计划。因此为了企业的进步，提高企业的经济效益和社会效益，从而达到企业的生存和发展，就要充分做好企业标准化的管理工作。关键词：企业 标准化 发展 研究

Abstract： At present， with the advancement of social science and technology and the improvement of the quality of life， enterprises have continuously strengthened their awareness of competition in the market， and have also continuously strengthened their internal management levels. Enterprise standards are the basis for enterprises to organize production and business activities. Enterprise standardization work is the basis of scientific management which should be incorporated into the development plan and plan of the enterprise. Therefore， for the progress of the enterprise and increase the economic and social benefits of the enterprise， so as to achieve the survival and development of the enterprise， it is necessary to fully carry out the management work of enterprise standardization.

1 引言

標准决定质量，有什么样的标准就有什么样的质量，只有高标准才有高质量。谁制定标准，谁就有话语权;谁掌握标准，谁就占据制高点。企业标准化管理工作是确保企业实现总体目标和提高产品质量的重要途径，企业生产必须按照各环节的标准进行，这种标准必须建立在丰富的管理经验之上，同时还要借助先进科学技术的指导。

2 企业标准化工作现状

2.1 国内企业标准化发展现状

标准化管理是企业管理工作中的基础性工作，是现代化企业科学管理方法之一，我国的许多企业都在应用和实践。标准化工作在中国发展了几十年，为中国经济发展做出很大贡献，也为我国企业提高管理水平和竞争力打下了坚实的基础。随着企业标准化逐步发展起来，目前我国已经建立了比较完善的企业标准化体系，几乎涵盖了企业生产的各个领域及生产全过程。

此外，我国目前标准化法规逐步建立。《中华人民共和国产品质量法》 《中华人民共和国标准化法》《中华人民共和国计量法》《企业标准化管理办法》等相关的法律法规，有力地指导了我国的企业标准化管理工作。……
