摘 要：分析了物联网行业人才需求及物联网人才培养现状，阐述了“1+X”证书制度与物联网应用技术专业人才培养方案融合的意义，以物联网应用技术专业为例，总结了基于“1+X”证书制度的人才培养方案制定方法。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the talent demand of the Internet of things industry and the current situation of the talent training of the Internet of things，expounds the significance of the integration of the "1+X" certificate system and the talent training scheme of the Internet of things application technology specialty，and takes the Internet of things Application Technology Specialty as an example，summarizes the talent training scheme formulation method based on the "1+X" certificate system.

2019年1月国务院印发《国家职业教育改革实施方案》，提出在职业院校、应用型本科高校启动“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度试点工作。同年4月，教育部等四部门印发《关于在院校实施“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度试点方案》，强调将“1+X”证书制度试点与专业建设、课程建设、教师队伍建设等紧密结合，推进“1”和“X”的有机衔接，提升职业教育质量和学生就业能力。这些改革措施对落实立德树人，进而完善职业教育和培训体系，深化产教融合、校企合作意义非凡[1]。

一、数字时代物联网行业人才需求分析

近年来，物联网技术快速发展并深入应用在各产业领域，物联网相关技术的操作人员是物联网产业发展的中坚力量。调查显示，目前从事物联网及相关行业的从业人员超过200万，预测未来五年物联网安装调试员人才需求量近500万人。未来市场需要大量具备RFID、嵌入式、网络、传感技术知识，能够完成物联网产品的检查与维修、设备及附件的部署与组装调试、网络的检测与连接、配置数据参数、网络环境的运行维护、软硬件系统研发、项目规划实施、系统运维管理等工作的技术型和操作型人才。……
