In January 2020,in order to further deepen the company’s capabilities in ingredient efficacy and to promote the technological upgrading of the company's brands,PROYA signed a new strategic cooperation agreement with Ashland (China) Investment Co.With this strategic partnership,Ashland will tailor its ingredient design to meet PROYA's unique needs, including new ingredients that are 100% natural, compliant with Chinese regulations, and can help antioxidant and antiaging skin.Prior to the launch of Ashland’s new ingredients, the two companies will also conduct indepth communication and research to better gain market leadership in order to respond to the growing demand of Chinese consumers for cosmetic efficacy and safety.
I n addition,Ashland’s personal care R&D center in Shanghai is equipped with worldclass analytical instruments and cutting-edge testing methods, and PROYA will also collaborate with Ashland on efficacy evaluation to develop innovative efficacy assessment methods and use them to verify product efficacy.

In fact,PROYA has been putting a lot of effort in the direction of research and development. The company launched its big single product Ruby Essence last year. After a year of research with full insight into consumers’ anti-wrinkle market demand, the company developed supramolecular vitamin A alcohol to deal with long-term static lines, and also developed a test method for hexapeptide content and a test method for vitamin A alcohol content.
The cooperation with Ashland not only deepens the company's capability in R&D,but also greatly contributes to the inter nationalization strategy, which is one of the “five strategies” of PROYA,to promote more international cooperation in research, supply chain, equipment, raw materials and talents.
