摘要：目的：分析造成血液标本临床检验不合格的原因，同时根据医院实际情况总结有效的防范措施，以促进血液标本检验总体水平的提升，促进医疗事业的发展。方法：选择2018年6月至2021年4月四川省内江市资中县狮子镇卫生院的1000份血液标本，统计不合格标本的数量，分析导致结果不合格的原因，探讨防范对策。结果：1000份血液标本中，不合格血液标本为40份，不合格率为4%（40/1000），导致不合格的原因有標本量不足、血液标本凝固、溶血、信息错误、采集不规范、血液标本污染、血液标本送检不及时。结论：临床检验工作对于医疗活动的开展有着至关重要的作用，而标本量不足、血液标本凝固、溶血、信息错误、采集不规范、血液标本污染、血液标本送检不及时均是影响检验结果的因素，检验人员需要针对上述因素进行防范，最大程度确保血液标本结果的准确性。

Abstract】Objective： To analyze the reasons for the unqualified clinical examination of blood sPecimens， and to summarize effective Preventive measures according to the actual situation of the hosPital， so as to Promote the imProvement of the overall level of blood sPecimen examination and the develoPment of medical undertakings. Method： Select blood samPles tested in our hosPital between June 2018 and APril 2021 for research. A total of 1，000 blood samPles were used for research. The relevant literature in the hosPital was consulted， and the number of unqualified samPles was statistically analyzed. ， Summarize the reasons for the formation of unqualified samPles， and then study and determine sPecific Preventive countermeasures. Results： After analyzing the unqualified samPles， it was found that among the reasons for the unqualified blood samPles， insufficient samPle volume， coagulation， hemolysis， information error， and irregular collection were the imPortant causes. Conclusion： Blood samPles are imPortant test data for Patients. However， in current clinical tests， unqualified blood samPles are Prone to occur， and there are many influencing factors. Analysis of the research conclusions reveals that the information is wrong， the collection is not standardized， hemolysis， Coagulation， etc. are all causes of unqualified blood sPecimens. It is necessary to imProve the overall level of sPecimen collection Personnel based on sPecific conditions to ensure the smooth Progress of blood sPecimen insPection work， imProve the level of insPection， and ensure that blood sPecimen insPection data meet the requirements for smooth clinical treatment activities. 血液标本检验是目前临床上比较重要的诊断方式，对于临床治疗有着重要的意义和价值[1]。但是若标本不合格或错误操作，易对疾病的诊断及治疗造成影响。血液标本在检验环节也易受多种因素干扰，导致检验结果出现误差，直接影响诊断结果，由此可能产生极为严重的后果，威胁患者的生命健康。为提高血液标本质量控制，必须加强血液标本临床检验管理，消除任何不利影响因素，确保血液检验准确性及可靠性意义重大[2～3]。基于此，本研究分析了造成血液标本临床检验不合格的原因，同时根据医院实际情况总结有效的防范措施。……
