[摘要] 目的 探讨醒脾养儿颗粒辅助治疗轮状病毒肠炎的临床疗效。 方法 选取2018年10月至2019年10月在我院进行治疗的轮状病毒肠炎患儿72例，按照不同治疗方式分为观察组及对照组，每组各36例。采用蒙脱石散联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗者为观察组，单纯采用蒙脱石散治疗者为对照组。比较两组患儿的临床疗效、不良反应发生率、腹泻消失时间、生活质量评分、心理状态评分、炎症指标。 结果 观察组临床治疗总有效率为94.44%，高于对照组的72.22%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;两组均未出现显著的不良反应;观察组腹泻消失时间为（36.2±3.7）h，短于对照组的（42.2±4.6）h，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组生活质量评分均高于對照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组心理状态评分均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）;观察组炎症指标水平均低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 轮状病毒肠炎患儿采用蒙脱石散联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗，可显著改善其临床症状、加快康复速度、提升生活质量、改善负性心理、改善炎症指标，具有临床应用价值。

[Abstract] Objective To explore the curative effect of Xingpi Yang′er Granules in adjuvant treatment of rotavirus enteritis. Methods A total of 72 children patients with rotavirus enteritis who were treated in our hospital from October 2018 to October 2019 were selected. According to different treatment methods， they were divided into observation group and control group， with 36 cases in each group. The observation group was given montmorillonite powder and Xingpi Yanger Granules for treatment. The control group was given montmorillonite powder alone. The curative effect， incidence rate of adverse reactions， disappearance time of diarrhea， quality of life， mental state， inflammation indexes were compared between the two groups. Results The total curative effect in the observation group was 94.44%， higher than that of the control group 72.22%， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）; there were no significant adverse reactions in the two groups; The disappearance time of diarrhea was（36.2±3.7） h in the observation group， shorter than （42.2±4.6） h in the control group， the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）; The quality of life scores in the observation group were all higher than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）; The mental state scores in the observation group were all lower than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）; The level of inflammation indexes in the observation group were all lower than that of the control group， the differences were statistically significant（P<0.05）. Conclusion For children patients with rotavirus enteritis， the use of montmorillonite powder combined with Xingpi Yang′er Granules can significantly improve the clinical symptoms， accelerate the recovery speed， improve the quality of life， reduce the negative psychology， improve the inflammation indexes， which has a clinical application value.

近些年的研究显示，轮状病毒肠炎发病机制与T淋巴细胞亚群异常变化、轮状病毒引起的全身炎症反应密切相关[1]。另外，轮状病毒肠炎是病毒性胃肠炎中最常见的一种，普通轮状病毒主要侵犯婴幼儿，而成人腹泻轮状病毒则可引起青壮年胃肠炎的暴发流行，多无发热或仅有低热，以腹泻、腹痛、腹胀为主要症状，存在多种治疗方式，但均未取得极佳的治疗效果。临床上常用的醒脾养儿颗粒适用于脾虚导致的腹泻便溏、儿童厌食等，具有固肠止泻、养心安神、健脾养胃的功效[2]。本研究探讨蒙脱石散联合醒脾养儿颗粒治疗轮状病毒肠炎患儿的临床疗效，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
