摘要：高职教学改革是为了培养数以亿计的高素质技术技能人才，为全面建设社会主义现代化国家、实现中华民族伟大复兴的中国梦提供有力人才和技能支撑。高职院校的教学改革势在必行。“特朗普制”这种综合的教学模式非常适合在高职教学改革中应用，文章分析了当下“特朗普制”在高职教改中的现状及对未来的展望。

Abstract：The reform of higher vocational education aims to cultivate hundreds of millions of high-quality technical and skilled personnel，and to provide powerful talent and skill support for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country and the realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. The teaching reform of higher vocational colleges is imperative. The comprehensive teaching mode of "Trump system" is very suitable for the application in higher vocational education reform. This paper analyzes the present situation of "Trump system" in higher vocational education reform and its prospects for the future.

2021年國家主席习近平在第一次全国职业教育大会上对职业教育工作作出重要指示强调。坚持正确办学方向，优化职业教育类型定位，深化教育方法，办学模式和管理体系改革，进行一批高水平职业院校的建设，使职业教育更符合现代化教学需要，加快构筑现代职业教育体系。

随着时代的发展，现代社会也进入到了互联网时代。学生能够更广泛的获取知识，这对于教师的课堂教学带来了很大挑战。传统的班级上课制度已经不能吸引学生的注意力。因此，我们需要探索新的教学形式，激发学生的学习兴趣，调动学生的积极性，提升学生的学习效果。

1 高职院校现状

根据教育部数据显示，截至到2020年6月我国高职院校数量已达到1468所。近年来我国逐步确定了职业教育在我国教育体系中的地位。建立起从中等职业院校教育到本科院校层次的现代化职业教育体系，努力推进职业教育提质培优。高职教育是我国职业教育的重要组成部分，它可以分担高等教育压力，同时又能够提高高等教育的多样化，增加毕业学生的就业优势。……
