【摘  要】心理绘画日记，指的是学生运用图画加文字的形式，在纸上表达自己的所思、所想、所感、所悟，将自己内心中对外界的认识表现出来，能够有效反映学生的内心世界。小学心理健康教育是小学阶段非常重要的课程，教师可以应用生动有趣的心理绘画日记开展教学活动，探究小学心理健康教育中应用心理绘画日记的作用和方式，落实运用心理绘画日记讲解新课程、开展心理绘画日记的交流活动、创设心理绘画日记的实践活动。

【Abstract】Psychological painting diary refers to the use of pictures and text by students to express their thoughts， thoughts， feelings， and understandings on paper， and to express their inner understanding of the outside world， which can effectively reflect students Inner world. Primary school mental health education is a very important course at the elementary level. Teachers can use vivid and interesting mental drawing diaries to carry out teaching activities， explore the role and methods of using mental drawing diaries in primary school mental health education， and implement the use of mental drawing diaries to explain new courses and launch Psychological painting diary exchange activities， practical activities of creating psychological painting diary.

心理绘画日记主要融入了心理活动、思维、想象、习作、创作等多项内容，是学生个体展示自己内心、展示自身对外界的认知与反馈的方式之一，直观地表现了学生的主观意识、心理状态与记忆内容，是教师了解学生内心世界的重要窗口。在小学心理健康教育中，教师应该转变运用单一素材与教学方式的教学实践，科学合理地运用心理健康日记开展各项教学活动，引导学生创作心理健康日记，从中获取学生的生活经历、心理状况，更好地保障学生心理健康，培养学生良好的价值观。本文以南京大学出版社的三年级《心理健康》课程为例，进行相关探究。

一、小学心理健康教育中应用心理绘画日记的作用

（一）更好地指导学生认知外部世界

对于小学生而言，其抽象思维能力不佳，对于外部世界多是主观认识，再加上中低年级的小学生掌握字词数量有限、文字表达能力欠佳，所以小学生很难通过纯文字的方式表达对外部世界的认知。……
