【摘  要】全世界教育领域中对于幼儿教育的研究正不断深化，我国在教育改革大背景下也对幼儿教育提出相应的要求，力求能够实施全方位教育，促进幼儿的全面发展。美术游戏活动教育理念的应用在一定程度上解决了以上问题，满足了幼儿成长的多元需求。本文将针对美术游戏活动教育理念在幼儿教育中的实施思路进行具体分析。

【Abstract】Research on early childhood education in the education field around the world is constantly deepening. In the context of education reform， my country has also put forward corresponding requirements on early childhood education， striving to implement all-round education and promote the all-round development of children. The application of the educational concept of art game activities has solved the above problems to a certain extent and met the diverse needs of children's growth. In the research of this article， we will make specific analysis on the implementation of the educational concept of art game activities in preschool education.

一、混龄美术区域游戏活动中的发展困惑

（一）管理理念“千园一率”

开展幼儿教育，需要教师尊重幼儿的发展天性，根据幼儿阶段性变化语言提升合理配置教学内容。幼儿园儿童正处于身心成长的初级阶段，对于世界的认识程度不足，一部分教师开展教学活动往往从自身角度出发，站在成年人的角度上审视幼儿学习出现的问题，导致幼儿在学习中难以正确理解教师传授的知识，自身成长也出现不平衡现象。因此，教师要在教学过程中尊重幼儿主体地位，明确学习过程中应当以幼儿成长为出发点和落脚点，避免教育中出现“小大人”现象。

（二）教学形式“整齐划一”

从一部分的文献研究、教学案例能够发现，教师在开展教学的过程中做出了充分的课前准备，帮助幼兒树立了良好的学习定位，展现了幼儿教育的生活化、灵活性等。但是由于教学环境中的不确定因素较多，幼儿自身的主观能动性较强，教学的过程中经常会出现教学场面“失控”的现象。……
