【摘  要】针对初中生劳动教育活动中的问题，教师应在实践中不断地探索和建设劳动教育模式，进一步解决学生在劳动教育实践中产生的问题，进一步创新对学生劳动教育活动的内容和方式。笔者对初中生劳动教育的现状进行了观察和分析，并寻找推进劳动教育的有效形式和方法，从而得出规律性的结论。

【Abstract】In view of the problems in the labor education activities of junior high school students， teachers should continuously explore and construct labor education models in practice， further solve the problems arising from the labor education practice of students， and further innovate the content and methods of labor education activities for students. The author observes and analyzes the status quo of labor education for junior high school students， and finds effective forms and methods to promote labor education， so as to draw regular conclusions.

一、劳动教育在教育教学中遇到的具体问题

在教学过程中，劳动教育是最基础的组成部分，可以有效提高学生的综合素养。可是由于部分教育工作者对劳动教育认识的偏差，在一定程度上影响了劳动教育的实践功能。

（一）学校对学生劳动教育缺少相关制度的建设

学校对劳动教育课程的实施缺少管理制度建设，导致劳动教育教学容易陷入混乱无序的状态，劳动教育缺失的“后遗症”使越来越多的学生出现了“肩不能扛，手不能提”的现象;初中生劳动教育缺乏制度设计和推进措施，导致部分学生出现了劳动能力不足、生活自理能力差、家庭矛盾突出等问题，最终导致学生不能养成良好的劳动习惯，不能掌握必备的劳动技能，缺乏服务社会的意识和报效祖国的理想。

（二）教育工作者对学校推进劳动教育的认识简单化

个别教育工作者对学校劳动教育本质及内涵的片面认识，弱化了劳动教育对学生的教育功能。片面地将劳动教育认为是单纯的体力工作，在教学过程中结合一些简单的劳动，如擦黑板、扫地等，就认为对学生进行了劳动教育。……
