【摘    要】随着小学艺术体操教学内容不断深化，对学生的体能素质、动作标准度要求不断提升，学生艺术体操学习的难度与压力也在不断增加。因此，教师要立足学生的基本素质、学习能力，融合艺术体操的运动特征，探索改善教学效果的实践路径。本文以小学艺术体操教学为研究对象，分析艺术体操教学存在的问题，从引入游戏、动作组合等视角，提出改善艺术体操教学效果的具体路径。

The Practical Path to Improve the Teaching Effect of Rhythmic Gymnastics

【Abstract】With the continuous deepening of the teaching content of rhythmic gymnastics in primary schools， the requirements for students' physical fitness and movement standards continue to increase， and the difficulty and pressure of students' rhythmic gymnastics learning are also increasing. Therefore， teachers should base on students' basic qualities and learning abilities， integrate the sports characteristics of rhythmic gymnastics， and explore practical ways to improve teaching effects. This article takes the primary school rhythmic gymnastics teaching as the research object， analyzes the problems existing in rhythmic gymnastics teaching， and proposes specific ways to improve the effects of rhythmic gymnastics teaching from the perspective of introducing games and movement combinations.

在小學体育教学过程中，合理引入艺术体操教学，不仅能有效培养学生的力量素质、运动技巧和良好的节奏感，也通过展现艺术体操的协调美、系统美，培养学生对运动美学建立正确认知。因此，探索实现艺术体操最佳教学效果的实践路径，极具现实意义。

一、小学艺术体操教学存在的问题

（一）教学内容单一，影响学生艺术美韵的理解与呈现

艺术体操中包含了动作造型、音乐和轻器械等多项内容，对学生的柔韧性、力量素质和协调性提出了较高要求。因此，小学生在参与艺术体操学习时，不仅需要具备基础体能素质，也要熟练记忆单一动作、成套动作等，增加了艺术体操学习难度。目前小学艺术体操教学多停留在技巧、基本功等内容教学，缺少对学生乐感、审美能力的有效培养，影响了艺术美韵的生动呈现。尤其是学生缺乏良好的动作表现能力与艺术素养，很难使学生的艺术体操表演呈现“唯美”的艺术效果。……
