The cold chain logistics of transportation industry generally presents the following development characteristics:stable market demand,further improvement of resource allocation,stricter supervision and better policy environment.The future development of cold chain logistics will be new normal,new consumption,new circulation and new technology.To strengthen the law enforcement work of epidemic prevention and control of cold chain logistics in the transportation industry,the task is to carry out the rectification of cold chain food storage and transportation links,cold chain food storage,cold chain food epidemic prevention and control of production enterprises,epidemic prevention and control of catering service units,and severely crack down on violations of laws and regulations.

运输业冷链物流回顾

当今世界正面临百年未有之大变局，新冠疫情在世界各国蔓延，经济全球化遭遇逆流。尽管受到新冠疫情和单边保护主义的影响，我国仍旧依靠国家体制优势和各行各业抗疫决心，迅速摆脱疫情影响，我国是2020 年全球唯一的经济正增长国家。不仅如此，中国扩大开放的步伐从未停止，十九届五中全会上，习近平总书记提出了构建以国内大循环为主体、国内国际双循环相互促进的新发展格局，这不是封闭的国内循环，而是更加开放的国内国际双循环。2020 年11月15 日，东盟十国及中国、日本、韩国、澳大利亚、新西兰15 个国家正式签署区域全面经济伙伴关系协定（RCEP），标志着全球规模最大的自由贸易协定正式达成，标志着尽管世界出现逆全球化现象，但新兴国家正在引领“再全球化”或“新全球化”的发展走势。我国这一系列的抗疫决策和战略主张，有助于国内经济势头的进一步恢复，有助于消费水平的持续升级，有助于产业链供应链能力的强化，也有助于我国物流行业高质量的发展。

中国物流与采购联合会发布的中国物流业景气指数显示出物流行业呈现出稳中向好的特点。从区域看，东西部和中部地区物流活动继续保持活跃，业务量继续保持回升的态势；从行业看，除铁路运输业高位略有回调外，其他行业均保持回升，尤其是快递快运业，在电商购物节的带动下，再创年内新高。从企业规模看，大中小微物流企业均保持在景气区间，增势向好。……
