摘 要 目的：运用微信公众平台，推广线上药学服务的新模式。方法：建立微信公众平台维护团队，通过平台群发功能进行原创文章的推送与授权文章的转载，及时提供相应的用药指导及答疑。结果：微信公众号累计关注人数超13 000人，图文总阅读次数累计超13万次，获医院 “十佳医学科普公众号”表彰，并被推荐入驻澎湃澎客平台。结论：借助新媒体的优势，实现药师药学服务的转型，持续为患者提供优质便捷的药学服务。

Practice and discussion on promoting online pharmaceutical care mode through WeChat public platform

ABSTRACT Objective： To promote the new mode of online pharmaceutical care through WeChat official accounts. Methods： The maintenance team of WeChat official account was established to provide corresponding medication guidance and answer questions in time by pushing original articles and reprinting authorized articles through the batch-sending function of the platform. Results： The cumulative number of followers of WeChat official account reached over 13 000. The total reading of pictures and texts exceeded 130 000 times， which was awarded “Top Ten Medical Science Popularization WeChat Official Account” of the hospital and recommended to the Pengke Platform of ThePaper.cn. Conclusion： Using the advantages of new media， the transformation of pharmacists and pharmaceutical care can be realized so as to provide patients with high quality， convenient and continuous pharmaceutical care.

隨着社会经济的发展，民众的健康意识也在不断增强。网络平台中误导民众乱用药物、保健品的事件频发。因此，安全、合理用药的教育普及显得尤为重要。微信公众平台是一种自媒体平台，它基于微信强大的客户群和生态系统，为用户提供一种更为方便快捷、互动性强的交流平台[1]。据报道，87.76%的社区患者重视社区药学服务，其中微信公众号成为最受患者欢迎的获取药物知识的途径[2]。调查问卷发现，98.98%的用户认为医院药剂科建设微信平台非常有必要[3]。在新医改提出药学服务转型的契机下，我院药剂科尝试依托微信公众平台进行药学服务工作，借助新媒体便捷的优势，为患者提供准确的药品信息，为大众提供通俗易懂的健康知识科普，为医务工作者带来前沿的药物资讯。
