[摘要] 目的 針对口腔根管器械操作中容易掉落的问题，自行研发口腔根管器具保护装置，探讨其在临床应用中的效果。 方法 选取我院2019年7—10月温州医科大学附属口腔医院教研室仿真头模离体牙根管治疗患者200例，随机分成两组，每组根管器具各1000枚。实验组采用自制的根管器具保护装置，对照组采用传统绑线法，比较两组根管器具操作时间、掉落率、医护满意度等指标。 结果 在操作时间上，实验组装根管器具保护装置的时间为（2.32±0.62）s、取根管器具保护装置的时间为（0.67±0.10）s;对照组拴无菌线的时间为（26.00±3.61）s、去除无菌线的时间为（14.68±1.43）s，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;在性能安全上，实验组操作掉落0次，对照组操作掉落3次，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）;在医护满意度上，实验组医生满意度为92.75%，护士满意度为96.75%，高于对照组的70.75%，69.00%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。 结论 根管治疗采用根管器具专用保护装置可有效提高工作效率和工作质量，提升医护人员满意度。

Discussion on the application of oral root canal apparatus protective device in root canal therapy

[Abstract] Objective To solve the problem that oral root canal apparatus was easy to drop during operation， a protective device for oral root canal apparatus was self-developed and its clinical efficacy was discussed. Methods A total of 200 cases of dental root canal treatment with simulated head mold in vitro of Hospital of Stomatology Affiliated to Wenzhou Medical University from July to October 2019 were selected. They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group， with 1000 root canal apparatus in each group. The experimental group was treated with self-made root canal apparatus protective device， while the control group was treated with conventional suture method. The indices such as operation duration， drop rate and satisfaction of medical staff of root canal apparatus were compared between the two groups. Results In terms of operation duration， the time to assemble the root canal apparatus protective device in the experimental group was （2.32±0.62） s， and the time to remove the root canal apparatus protective device was （0.67±0.10） s. In the control group， the time to tie the sterile thread was （26.00±3.61） s， and the time to remove the sterile thread was （14.68±1.43） s， with statistically significant differences between the two groups （P<0.05）. In terms of performance and safety， the operation of the experimental group dropped 0 times， while the control group dropped 3 times， with statistically significant difference between the two groups （P<0.05）. In terms of medical and nursing satisfaction， the satisfaction of doctors in the experimental group was 92.75%， and the satisfaction of nurses was 96.75%， which was higher than 70.75% and 69.00% of the control group， the difference was statistically significant （P<0.05）. Conclusion The adoption of special protective devices for root canal apparatus in root canal therapy can effectively improve the working efficiency and working quality and enhance the satisfaction of medical staff.

根管治疗术是治疗口腔常见疾病“牙髓病和根尖周病”最根本和最有效的方法[1]。是通过清创、化学和机械预备彻底清除根管内感染物质，并严密充填根管以防止发生根尖周炎病变或促进根尖周病变的愈合[2-3]。根管器具是用来对根管进行探查、穿透、预备或充填的器具，如根管锉、根管扩大器、根管拔髓针、根管光滑髓针等，是根管治疗中最重要的器械之一[4]。……
