Observation on the therapeutic efficacy of desonide cream combined with Winona baby nourishing ultra-rich cream in the treatment of infantile eczema

[Abstract] Objective To explore the therapeutic efficacy of Winona baby nourishing ultra-rich cream combined with desonide cream in the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods A total of 100 cases of infantile eczema admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to June 2020 were selected retrospectively，and they were divided into the single group of desonide cream（the single treatment group， n=50） and the treatment group of Winona baby nourishing ultra-rich cream combined with desonide cream（the combined treatment group， n=50）.The scores of symptom and sign，clinical efficacy， adverse reactions （ARs） and relapse condition of patients in the two groups were statistically analyzed. Results After treatment， the pruritus degree， skin lesion condition， skin lesion range score and total score of children in the combined treatment group were all significantly higher than those in the single treatment group（P<0.05）.The total effective rate of patients in the combined treatment group was 92.0%（46/50），which was significantly higher than 64.0% （32/50） in the single treatment group（P<0.05）.The incidence of ARs was 8.0%（4/50） in the combined treatment group and 6.0%（3/50） in the single treatment group， without significant difference between the two groups（P>0.05）. The relapse rate of patients in the combined treatment group was 6.0% （3/50），which was significantly lower than 38.0% （19/50） in the single treatment group（P<0.05）. Conclusion The efficacy of Winona baby nourishing ultra-rich cream combined with desonide cream in the treatment of infantile eczema is more remarkable than that of desonide cream alone.

婴幼儿湿疹是一种常见的变态反应性皮肤病，好发于6个月～2岁。本病的病因復杂，发病机制尚未完全明确，一般认为与遗传、环境、免疫因素等有关。湿疹多发于患儿头、面部，严重时亦可累及四肢、躯干。发病时患儿皮肤会出现红斑、丘疹、丘疱疹、水疱等，常伴有瘙痒。如不积极治疗，可能会对小儿的生长发育和身心健康产生不良影响。婴幼儿湿疹在儿科门诊较为常见，又称奶藓，面部、头部、颈部是其高发部位，极易渗出，患儿病情极易反复发作，对婴幼儿的健康成长造成不良影响，长期以来对患儿家长造成困扰。为了对婴幼儿湿疹进行更好的治疗，从而有效改善婴幼儿预后，提升其生活质量，减轻患儿家长心理及经济负担，本研究分析2019年6月至2020年6月本院婴幼儿湿疹患儿100例的临床资料，观察婴幼儿湿疹采用薇诺娜宝贝舒润滋养霜联合地奈德乳膏治疗的疗效，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

回顾性选取2019年6月至2020年6月本院婴幼儿湿疹患儿100例，依据治疗方法分为单独地奈德乳膏治疗组（单独治疗组，n=50）与薇诺娜宝贝舒润滋养霜联合地奈德乳膏治疗组（联合治疗组，n=50）两组。单独治疗组患儿中男39例（78.0%），女11例（22.0），年龄1～24个月，平均（8.3±1.4）个月;病程6 d～3个月，平均（0.9±0.2）个月。疾病部位：面部30例（60.0%），躯干11例（22.0%），四肢9例（18.0%）。联合治疗组患儿中男38例（76.0%），女12例（24.0%），年龄1～24个月，平均（8.2±1.6）岁;病程5 d～3个月，平均（0.8±0.2）个月。……
