摘要：改革开放以来，人们的生活水平发生了翻天覆地的变化，对房屋建筑工程的质量要求越来越高，各项房屋建筑技术也在不断的发展中，防水维修措施占据的位置越来越重要，建筑工程中多个环节都有防水维修措施，现代的经济高速发展，让各项防水技术都在不断的更新中，技术越来越先进，但仍然存在着各种问题，例如设计不合理、防水材料质量低下、监管措施不到位等各种问题，下文就房屋建筑工程防水维修措施进行分析、探讨。

The rapid development of modern economy has made various waterproof technologies continue to be updated. The technology is becoming more and more advanced. However， there are still various problems， such as unreasonable design， Various problems such as low quality of waterproof materials and inadequate supervision measures are analyzed and discussed below on waterproof maintenance measures for house construction projects.

引言：

在建筑的整个过程中防水维修措施是最基础的环节，同时也是最为关键的一个环节，千里之堤，溃于蚁穴，如果基础没有打好，上层的建筑就会摇摇欲坠，发展的再好也终将成为一场空谈，建筑对根基的要求变得越来越高，只有坚实的根基才能保证建筑的牢固性和安全性。由于我国刚建国时候经济比较落后，我国的大部分房屋建筑也比较落后，没有做好防水维修措施，再加上房屋时间太久，房屋建筑工程中的防水功能已经不能发挥其应有的防水作用。这种房屋数量越来越多，防水问题已经成为影响居民生活的主要问题，日益受到人们的重视[1]。

一、防水在建筑工程中的地位

在进行房屋建筑工程时，施工人员如果重视房屋建筑工程的防水措施，积极采取各种措施应对渗漏问题，会极大的提高房屋建筑工程的质量，否则就会对整个房屋建筑工程的质量产生严重的影响。……
