摘要：随着社会的不断发展，环境问题越来越受到重视，很多地方开始植树造林，增加绿化面积。在人流密集的城市中，公园、小区等地的树木不断增加。但随着树木的增多，落叶呈倍的增加，落叶的清扫及处理是现阶段面临的新的问题。现在市面上有许多清扫机，效率也都比较高，但都有一个共同的特点，只用于平坦的路面，树底下、草坪上仍有许多落叶无法进行清理。通过查阅资料得知，采用吸附的方式可以较好的解决上述问题，除此另外，落叶是有机质，可以收集后将其粉碎，然后用于造纸，生产有机肥等。通过参考现有的机械设备，设计一款集清扫和粉碎于一体的落叶清扫粉碎一体机，使其具有一定的使用价值。

Abstract：With the continuous development of society， more and more attention has been paid to environmental problems. Many places have begun to plant trees and increase the area of afforestation. In the crowded city， the trees in the streets， parks， communities， campuses and other places are increasing， and the environment is getting better and better. However， with the increase of trees， leaves were geometrically increased， leaf cleaning and treatment is a new problem facing the present stage. Now there are many sweeper on the market， the efficiency is relatively high， but they all have a common feature， only used for flat road surface， under the tree， lawn still have many leaves can not be effectively cleaned. According to the information， the adsorption method can better solve the above problems. In addition， fallen leaves are organic matter， which can be collected and crushed， and then used for paper making， organic fertilizer and feed production. By referring to the existing mechanical equipment， the design of a set of sweeping and crushing in the integration of leaf sweeping and crushing machine， so that it has a certain value in use.

引言

国内针对落叶清扫粉碎一体机的研究仍然不多，对清扫机的研究能力相对较差，对清扫机工作参数的相关的性能匹配研究也存在很多不足之处，与此同时，对清扫机的研究还缺乏必要的研究条件[1]。除此之外，由于国内清扫机生产企业多而杂，因此型号及功能各有不同，采用的生产方法和制造手段也不同，这也就导致加工的零部件的质量难以保证。
