摘要：目的：探究在进行靶向药物后出现皮疹采用复方金银花煎液湿热敷和夫西地酸乳膏进行治疗的效果。方法：选择2019年10月-2021年8月在我院进行靶向药物后出现皮疹的45例患者为本次研究对象，依据采用治疗方式不同将其分为对照组（22例）和观察组（23例），对照组采用夫西地酸乳膏，观察组在此基础加以复方金银花煎液湿热敷。比较两组治疗前后的症候积分、治疗效果、生活质量改善情况以及不良反应的发生情况。结果：治疗前两组候诊积分比较无较大差异（P>0.05），治疗后观察组症候积分显著低于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组治疗有效率、生活质量改善情况均高于对照组（P<0.05）;观察组不良情况发生率低于对照组（P>0.05）。结论：复方金银花煎液湿热敷联合夫西地酸乳膏对靶向药物导致的皮疹有着较好的临床治疗效果，有效缓解患者的相关临床症状。

Clinical efficacy of compound honeysuckle Decoction wet hot compress combined with fuxidi acid cream in the treatment of skin rash caused by targeted drugs

[Abstract]： Objective： To explore the effect of compound honeysuckle Decoction wet hot compress and fusidic acid cream in the treatment of skin rash after targeted drugs. Methods： 45 patients with skin rash after targeted drugs in our hospital from October 2019 to August 2021 were selected as the research object. According to different treatment methods， they were divided into control group （22 cases） and observation group （23 cases）. The control group was treated with fuxidi acid cream， and the observation group was treated with compound honeysuckle Decoction wet and hot compress. The symptom score， treatment effect， improvement of quality of life and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results： there was no significant difference in waiting score between the two groups before treatment （P > 0.05）. After treatment， the symptom score in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group （P < 0.05）; The effective rate and improvement of quality of life in the observation group were higher than those in the control group （P < 0.05）; The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the control group （P > 0.05）. Conclusion： Compound honeysuckle Decoction wet hot compress combined with fuxidi acid cream has a good clinical therapeutic effect on skin rash caused by targeted drugs， and can effectively alleviate the relevant clinical symptoms of patients.

靶向治疗作为现目前进行肿瘤治疗的常见方式，其中的分子靶向治疗就是通过特定的生物标记来作为靶点，可以使分子的靶向药物可以直接应用在靶点处进行肿瘤细胞的灭杀，具有较强的针对性，可以有效提高患者的生存率[1]。但是靶向药物具有一定的毒副反应，其中较为常见的就是对皮肤造成不同程度的毒性反应，导致患者可能出现不同程度的刺痛以及瘙痒等现象，严重影响患者的生活质量，降低患者皮肤的耐受性，甚至在患者停止用药后，可能会降低临床治疗的效果。……
