摘  要：目的  了解預防医学专业教学质量管理现状，发现江苏医药职业学院预防医学专业教学质量管理存在的不足，为进一步制订教学质量管理改进方案提供依据。 方法  通过对2016级预防医学专业学生发放自行设计的预防医学教学质量满意度调查问卷，了解预防医学专业教学质量管理现状及影响因素。结果  共调查学生97名，学生对已开设课程的满意度高达97.93%，教学内容的满意度得分最高为4.05分，教学环境、后勤服务的得分最低为3.81分。结论  高职预防医学专业学生对预防医学专业教学质量基本满意，但由于起步晚，教学经验缺乏，专业的教学质量体系还存在较多的薄弱环节，建议立足行业发展，构建3-5-3人才培养模式;优化教学内容，完善“课岗对接，能力递进”的课程体系;贯彻TQM理念，构建全员、全面、全程、多元的监控体系。

Research on The Current Situation of Teaching Quality Management of Preventive Medicine Specialty in Higher Vocational Colleges from the Perspective of Students

——Take Jiangsu Medical Vocational College as an Example

Abstract： Objective  to understand the current situation of teaching quality management of preventive medicine specialty， find out the shortcomings of teaching quality management of preventive medicine specialty in Jiangsu medical vocational college， and provide basis for further formulating the improvement plan of teaching quality management. Methods  by issuing a self-designed questionnaire on the satisfaction of preventive medicine teaching quality to 2016 preventive medicine students， to understand the current situation and influencing factors of preventive medicine teaching quality management. Results  a total of 97 students were investigated. The students' satisfaction with the courses was as high as 97.93%， the highest score of satisfaction with the teaching content was 4.05， and the lowest score of teaching environment and logistics service was 3.81. Conclusion  students majoring in preventive medicine in higher vocational colleges are basically satisfied with the teaching quality of preventive medicine， but due to their late start and lack of teaching experience， there are still many weak links in the professional teaching quality system. It is suggested to build a 3-5-3 talent training model based on the development of the industry; Optimize the teaching content and improve the curriculum system of "course post connection and progressive ability"; Implement TQM concept and build a full， comprehensive， whole process and diversified monitoring system.

教学质量始终是高等教育质量的价值核心和终极诉求[1]。高职预防医学教育是培养基层公共卫生人才的重要途径， 为适应新形势下基层医疗机构对卫生职业技术人才的需求，提高基层应对突发公共卫生事件的能力，需要不断探索提高预防医学专业教学质量的途径[2]。该研究对江苏医药职业学院2016级预防医学专科生就预防医学的教学质量满意度、教学过程中存在的问题进行了调查，以期为进一步制订教学质量管理改进方案提供依据。……
