摘  要：随着社会经济的飞速发展，我国城市基础设施在不断完善，在此背景下，人们的生活、工作也发生了很大的变化。城市设施的建设不仅影响着社会经济的发展，还关系着人们的生活、生存环境，所以社会各界都要对其高度重视。基于此，该文围绕市政工程施工质量的影响因素进行了分析，对其改进措施也进行了探讨。施工单位必须注重对各影响因素的质量控制，加大对工程施工的监督与管理力度，市政工程才能顺利开展施工，而施工的质量也能得到保障。

Talking about the Influencing Factors and Improvement Measures of Municipal Engineering Construction Quality

Abstract： With the rapid development of social economy， my country's urban infrastructure is constantly improving. Under this background， people's lives and work have also undergone great changes. The construction of urban facilities not only affects social and economic development， but also affects people's lives and living environment， so all sectors of society must attach great importance to them. Based on this， this article analyzes the influencing factors of municipal engineering construction quality and discusses its improvement measures. The construction unit must pay attention to the quality control of various influencing factors， and strengthen the supervision and management of the construction of the project， so that the municipal project can be successfully carried out， and the quality of the construction can also be guaranteed.

市政工程的施工質量不仅影响着和谐社会的发展，还关系着人们的生命财产安全。随着市政工程的施工建设，对于工程的施工质量也有了更高的要求。所以要想保证市政工程的施工质量，施工单位必须对影响施工质量的相关因素进行严格管控，这样也能防止施工质量问题出现。

1  市政工程特征分析

1.1  涉及范围广

通常情况下，市政工程施工涉及了很多部门单位，其中包括发改、规划、土地、设计、施工单位、监理单位等，而且工程的施工也影响着周围居民的生产生活。在此情况下，市政工程开展的协调工作存在很大的难度[1]。不仅如此，随着社会经济的提升，由于市政工程是对政府部门工作能力的一种体现，所以人们对市政工程施工作业进行了高度重视，同时也寄予了极大的期望。市政工程是我国重点工程项目，在使用期间也关系着人们的生命财产安全，所以对市政工程施工技术的要求也越发的严格。……
