摘要：随着城市化的快速发展，人口不断涌入，接憧而来的失衡不均也给城市市政设施带来了“健康”隐患。城市化的建设，少不了相应的市政设施，而城市基础设施的有效建设，能够为城市居民的日常生活提供较大的便利，同时也能够维持城市的正常运行。但是，在长时间的应用过程中，市政设施会产生一定“城市病”，为了营造一座绿色的城市，空气新鲜生活便利，低成本付出高收获幸福，就要杀杀这“城市病”的锐气，这就需要相关单位对其进行有效的管理养护，并且要针对不同市政设施的特点，采用合适的养护管理措施，保障设施应用效果。只有把道路、排水、绿化、市容市貌等这些与居民息息相关的市政基础设施一一建设到位，方能期许一个干净整洁的城市，生活在其中的人们才会因城市精神凝聚、创造更加美好的未来。

Abstract： With the rapid development of urbanization and the continuous influx of population， the unbalanced imbalances that follow have also brought "health" hidden dangers to urban municipal facilities. The construction of urbanization is indispensable to the corresponding municipal facilities， and the effective construction of urban infrastructure can provide greater convenience to the daily lives of urban residents， while also maintaining the normal operation of the city. However， in the long-term application process， municipal facilities will produce a certain "urban disease". In order to create a green city， with fresh air， convenient living， and low cost， it is necessary to kill this "urban disease". This requires relevant units to effectively manage and maintain them， and to adopt appropriate maintenance and management measures according to the characteristics of different municipal facilities to ensure the effect of facility application. Only by constructing the municipal infrastructure closely related to residents such as roads， drainage， greening， city appearance， etc.， can we expect a clean and tidy city， and the people living in it will condense and create a more beautiful city because of the spirit of the city. future.

市政设施是整个城市建设发展中的一部分，其本身就是为服务城市居民而存在的公共设施，在对其进行施工建设时，需要加强对其施工质量的重视与管理。而在将市政设施投入使用时，则需要做好相应的养护管理，针对不同的市政设施，采用不同的养护方式，这样则能够降低市政设施故障问题的产生概率，提高市政设施的应用效果，使其能够发挥出原本的效用。
