摘要：为了明确海南生态旅游岛周边海域的环境质量，以及沿海开发项目对近海环境的影响，该文以乐东黎族自治县龙栖湾海域为研究对象，于2019年5～10月期间研究近岸表层海水及表层沉积物多个指标的变化。发现监测期间海湾的海水及表层沉积物指标均符合该规划区对应的国标要求，监测期间内龙栖湾海水石油类污染有5～6月期间有4个点各超标1次，1个点超标2次。项目建设中以及竣工后短期内会对近岸海洋环境造成影响，应建立健全项目后环境影响评价机制，保护生态旅游岛的近海环境资源。

Quality Investigation of Offshore Seawater and Surface Sediments in Longqi Bay， Ledong， Hainan Province

Abstract： In order to clarify the environmental quality of the sea area around Hainan Ecotourism island and the impact of coastal development projects on the offshore environment， this paper takes the Longqi Bay Sea area of Ledong Li Autonomous County as the research object to study the changes of multiple indicators of nearshore surface seawater and surface sediments from May to October 2019. It is found that the indicators of seawater and surface sediments in the Bay during the monitoring period meet the corresponding national standard requirements of the planning area. During the monitoring period， the oil pollution in the sea water of neilongqi Bay exceeded the standard once in four points from May to June， and one point exceeded the standard twice. The construction of the project and the short term after completion will have an impact on the offshore marine environment. The post project environmental impact assessment mechanism should be established and improved to protect the offshore environmental resources of the ecotourism island.

龙栖湾位于乐东黎族自治县东南方，东边为角头鼻岬角，西边为九所镇望楼港。龙栖湾为向西南敞开的海湾，常年受东南向、南向以及西南向浪的作用，其中东南向浪和南向浪为常浪向，使龙栖湾海岸常年受东南向和南向浪的作用而侵蚀后退[1-2]。因此，当地政府于2018年在此开展了岸滩整治工程[2-3]，2019年3月起，龙栖湾沿岸有龙栖湾新半岛旅游度假村项目的建设（目前在售），该项目配套的海上游艇俱乐部、海上飞行俱乐部及海上高尔夫俱乐部（依次由东向西）也在采样点所在海域陆续建设过程中。海岸建设会不可避免地对海洋环境造成影响，因此在满足经济发展需要的同时，保护海洋环境已成当务之急[4]。该文第一次对该处新建海湾的海洋环境进行监测。……
