11月11日，重慶市政府发布《重庆市人民政府关于同意重庆市全面深化服务贸易创新发展试点实施方案的批复》，明确将在主城都市区开展全面深化服务贸易创新发展试点。市商务委消息，通过开展此项试点，我市力争到2023年，服务贸易额突破1000亿元（商务部统计口径），年均增长10%以上。

On November 11， Chongqing Municipal Peoples Government issued Reply by Chongqing Municipal People's Government on Approving Chongqing's Pilot Implementation Plan of Comprehensively Deepening the Innovative Development of Service Trade， which clarified that the comprehensively deepened service trade innovative development would be piloted in the metropolitan area of the city proper. A Chongqing Daily reporter learned from the Chongqing Municipal Commission of Commerce that through the pilot project， the city would strive to achieve a service trade volume of over 100 billion yuan （according to the statistics of the Ministry of Commerce） by 2023， with an average annual growth of more than 10%.
