摘 要 总结江苏省高校图书馆计算机应用的三次迁移，以及JALIS联盟成立以来的历史经验，特别是近5年来的变化。从全球技术发展的视角，对比10年来的创新成果，分析江苏省高校图书馆计算机应用的经验、问题和挑战。根据全球范围内技术发展的趋势，论证图书馆管理系统与学术图书馆联盟的关系，提出江苏省高校图书馆应用系统下次迁移的可行性和必要性，迁移的范式变化和原则。

The Development of Computer Application in University Libraries in Jiangsu Province ： Moving Towards Next-generation Smart Library Consortia （2015— Present）

Abstract The paper summarizes the three migrations of computer application in academic libraries in Jiangsu Province， and the historical experience since the establishment of JALIS Consortia， especially the changes in the past five years. From the perspective of global technology development， the paper analyzes the experience， problems and challenges of computer application in academic libraries of Jiangsu by comparing the innovation achievements in the past 10 years. According to the trend of global technology development， and demonstrates the relationship between library management system and academic library consortia， and puts forward the feasibility and necessity of the next migration of academic libraries application system in Jiangsu， as well as the paradigm changes and principles of migration.

0 引言

自1978年改革开放至今，江苏省高校图书馆计算机应用已经走过40年，在这40年间，江苏省高校数字圖书馆（以下简称JALIS）自1997年启动到2014年三个建设周期中，JALIS累计完成了220个项目/子项目的建设[1]。JALIS项目的主要成果之一，图书馆集成图书馆系统（Integrated Library System，以下简称ILS）——汇文系统，已覆盖全省高校图书馆，完成了全省高校图书馆ILS的第三次迁移，实现了全面的计算机管理。到2014年，JALIS联盟已拥有200余个服务单位（包括全省普通高校和独立学院，以及在江苏的军队院校、地方科研机构），年度服务对象总数突破200万人。从全球图书馆领域和我国高等教育发展的视角，审视40年事业成长的历史，正是不断的探索与创新把江苏省高校图书馆事业推向了历史上从未有过的规模，在中国高等教育文献信息保障系统（以下简称CALIS）体系中，JALIS也成为规模和效益领先的省级区域联盟。

服务与创新永远在路上，虽然图书馆人不能预知未来，但可以顺应潮流去创造未来。……
