三河口水利枢纽坝基固结灌浆试验研究

摘 要:为保证三河口水利枢纽大坝浇筑施工进度及坝基固结灌浆质量,需要进行坝基无盖重固结灌浆试验。对试验区地质条件进行研究,依据地质条件编制了固结灌浆试验方案,对灌浆前后透水率、单位注灰量、抬动变形等进行了分析与讨论。结果表明:左、右岸坝基及右岸断层裂隙带3个试验区平均透水递减率分别为96.7%、81.8%、73.4%,各孔压水透水率均呈不断减小的趋势;3个试验区平均单位注灰量递减率分别为64.7%、12.6%、66.4%,各孔单位注灰量均呈不断减小的趋势;3个试验区各孔段压水透水率均小于3.0 Lu;各孔段均未在施工过程中出现抬动变形。这些结果表明了此次固结灌浆具有良好效果。

Experimental Study on Consolidation Grouting of Sanhekou Water Control Project

Abstract:In order to ensure the construction progress of the dam pouring of the Sanhekou Water Control Project and the quality of the dam foundation consolidation grouting, it is necessary to carry out the dam foundation non-cover weight consolidation grouting test. Based on the study of the geological conditions of the test area, the consolidation grouting test scheme was worked out according to the geological conditions and the water permeability before and after grouting, the unit ash injection amount and uplift deformation were analyzed and discussed. The results show that the average water permeability decline rates of the three test areas on the left and right bank dam foundations and the right bank fault fissure zone are 96.7%, 81.8% and 73.4% respectively and the water permeability of each pore pressure shows a decreasing trend; the average of the three test areas of the decline rates of unit ash injection volume are 64.7%, 12.6% and 66.4% respectively, and the unit ash injection volume of each hole shows a decreasing trend; the pressure water permeability of each hole section of the 3 test areas is less than 3.0 Lu; each hole section has no lifting deformation occurred during the construction process. These results show that the consolidation grouting has a good effect.

1 工程概況

三河口水利枢纽地处陕西省佛坪县与宁陕县交界的子午河峡谷段,是引汉济渭工程的两个水源之一[1],更兼任整个调水工程的中枢。三河口水利枢纽的主要任务是将支流子午河来水和汉江干流来水进行抽蓄调配,进而向关中地区供水[2]。三河口水利枢纽作为我国少见的高碾压混凝土拱坝之一,坝高为145 m,正常蓄水位643 m,总库容7.1亿m3,调节库容6.62亿m3。

大坝基岩主要为变质砂岩,部分为结晶灰岩,岩体较碎、裂隙分布密集、透水率大。为保证大坝浇筑施工进度及坝基固结灌浆质量,需要结合地质特点,进行坝基无盖重固结灌浆试验,验证坝基无盖重固结灌浆的工艺及参数。……
