I

1. I have a good friend. I love her very much. But she always betrays me. I always forgive her because I don't want to lose her as a friend. But she betrays me all the time. Should I forgive her or not？ What should I do？

2. I think I am a smart boy at school. But I don't get on well with some of the girls in my class. My jokes do not make them laugh. I am very upset by it. How can I get over it？

3. I study in the best class of my grade. I try my best to stay friends with my old classmates， but many of them still aren't very close to me. I feel upset. How do I find my friendships again？

4. My parents don't allow me to play computer games at all. They want me to study all day and do well in my exams. I've lost a lot of happiness and I don't want to be a bookworm. What should I do？

5. I want to join in some after- school activities， but my parents think they are too dangerous and don't allow me to go out alone. What should I do？

A. Tell your friends how you are feeling. You are in a new class but you still want their friendship. If they really are your friends they will understand. If they still can't understand you， you could make new friends.

B. But I love music and I enjoy listening to it very much.

C. Good friends are not easy to find. Sometimes the people we think are our best friends do not feel the same way about us. Ask your friend why she keeps betraying you. Tell her how sad it makes you feel. If she doesn't change， then you should make some new friends.

D. It will take a long time， but someday she'll feel better， and so will you.

E. Let your parents know you will not be alone. Also， you can ask a teacher to talk to your parents about the after-school activities.

F. Everyone has made a joke that no one else thinks is funny. Perhaps you are trying too hard to impress the girls in your class. Why don't you try and talk to them about things that interest them， like music or TV programmes？ You will find that you will get on better with them and could even make some new friends.

G. This is a common problem for kids today. Talk to your parents and tell them you are unhappy. Many kids play computer games， but do well at school too. You need to find a balance between study and play. Ask your parents to let you play computer games for a short time on weekends.

H. Tell your friends what you are doing and I'm sure they will be happy.
