【摘  要】目的：研究非洛地平联合缬沙坦治疗社区老年高血压的疗效。方法：选取社区医院诊治的176例老年高血壓患者并随机分为两组，研究组（n=88）采用非洛地平联合缬沙坦治疗，对照组（n=88）使用非洛地平治疗，对比两组临床疗效。结果：研究组血压控制水平优于对照组，P<0.05。结论：非洛地平联合缬沙坦在社区老年高血压患者治疗中有着良好的应用效果，可以有效改善患者血压水平，值得大力推广和引用。

【Abstract】Objective： To study the efficacy of felodipine combined with valsartan in the treatment of elderly hypertension in the community.  Methods： A total of 176 elderly hypertensive patients diagnosed and treated in community hospitals were randomly divided into two groups. The study group （n=88） was treated with felodipine plus valsartan， and the control group （n=88） was treated with felodipine.  Compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.  Results： The blood pressure control level of the study group was better than that of the control group， P<0.05.  Conclusion： Felodipine combined with valsartan has a good application effect in the treatment of elderly hypertensive patients in the community， which can effectively improve the blood pressure level of patients， which is worthy of promotion and reference.

高血压是临床常见的心血管疾病，多发于老年人群。由于老年人各项身体机能下降，很容易出现该症状。高血压临床表现出收缩压明显升高，从而出现较大脉差，血压也会有较为明显的波动。并且老年高血压患者还容易出现冠心病、心力衰竭等并发症，严重威胁到患者的身体健康和生命安全[1]。临床常采用非洛地平帮助患者改善血压水平，但是效果并不理想。本次研究以176例社区老年高血压患者为研究对象，对比分析只采用非洛地平与非洛地平联合缬沙坦的治疗效果，现报道如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

取社区医院诊治的176例老年高血压患者并随机分为两组，研究组（n=88）采用非洛地平联合缬沙坦治疗，对照组（n=88）使用非洛地平治疗，所有患者均于2018年2月—2019年2月收治。其中对照组男44例，女44例，年龄60—83岁，平均年龄（68.47±3.48）岁;研究组男45例，女43例，年龄61—84岁，平均年龄（68.51±3.53）岁。两组患者一般资料无差异，P>0.05，可比。

1.2方法

对照组只采用非洛地平（批准文号： 国药准字 H20103399）进行治疗，每天晨起口服一次，每次5mg，连续服用两个月。对照组采用非洛地平联合缬沙坦（批准文号： 国药准字 H20040217）进行治疗[2]，非洛地平使用方法与对照组相同，缬沙坦每天晨起口服一次，每次80mg，连续服用两个月。
