【摘  要】目的：研究无痛胃镜检查与相关护理措施。方法：选取106例无痛胃镜检查者为研究对象，患者依据不同护理方法分为观察组（n=53例）与对照组（n=53例），患者抽取时间段为2019年8月～2020年3月。对照组患者运用常规护理措施，观察组患者采用针对性护理干预，对比两组患者护理满意度、不良反应发生率。结果：观察组无痛胃镜检查者采用针对性护理干预不良反应发生率为9.43%，相较于对照组患者不良反应发生率37.74%高，组间差异显著（P<0.05）。结论：无痛胃镜检查者运用针对性护理干预可以降低不良反应发生率，提升护理满意度。

【Abstract】Objective： To study painless gastroscopy and related nursing measures. Methods： 106 painless gastroscopy examiners were selected as the research object. According to different nursing methods， the patients were divided into observation group （n = 53） and control group （n = 53）. The period of patient extraction was from August 2019 to March 2020. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing measures， and the patients in the observation group were treated with targeted nursing interventions. Results： the incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 9.43%， which was higher than that in the control group （37.74%） （P < 0.05）. Conclusion： targeted nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and improve the satisfaction of nursing.

引言

患者在进行胃镜检查时，比较容易出现呼吸抑制、躁动、恶心等不良反应，影响检查效果。本次研究对无痛胃镜检查者运用针对性护理，具体研究结果如下。

1资料与方法

1.1一般资料

选取106例无痛胃镜检查者为研究对象，患者分为观察组（n=53例）与对照组（n=53例），对照组患者运用常规护理措施，患者年龄≥23岁，≤69岁，平均年龄（46.52±3.69）岁;观察组患者采用针对性护理干预，患者年龄≥24岁，≤71岁，平均年龄（45.89±3.78）岁，两组患者基础资料差异较小（P<0.05）。

1.2方法

两组检查患者均采用无痛胃镜检查，检查嘱患者于前一天晚上禁食、禁水。检查时需要取左侧卧位，并进行各项指标监测。此外，还需要对患者静脉推注芬太尼与丙泊酚，具体使用剂量由患者实际状况决定。

对照组患者运用常规护理措施，具体为禁食禁饮、生命体征监测等。观察组患者需要在此基础上进行针对性护理干预，具体实施如下：（1）检查前，需要将无痛胃镜检查流程以图表的形式印制出来，在检查前发放给患者，由护理人员依据检查流程图向患者讲述具体检查方式、注意事项等，告知患者该检查为无痛检查，进而减少患者的恐惧、紧张感[1]。……
