摘要：调研发现，大学生对知识付费的发展前景普遍持乐观态度，但大多数并不依赖于知识付费。因此，通过本次调查，我们向知识付费平台提出建议以及群众期待，以帮助知识付费更好发展。知识付费平台应坚持付费知识内容质量第一性，提高性价比，同时应结合用户不同兴趣爱好、付费目的推出和完善各種类型的知识产品，更好地满足消费者需求。平台应更加规范化，增强可读性，避免浏览杂乱无章，并加强对自身平台的宣传。

Abstract：The survey found that college students are generally optimistic about the development prospect of knowledge payment，but most of them do not rely on knowledge payment.Therefore，through this survey，we put forward suggestions and expectations for the knowledge payment platform to help the better development of knowledge payment.The knowledge payment platform should adhere to the quality first of the paid knowledge content，improve the cost performance，and at the same time launch and improve various types of knowledge products in combination with different interests and payment purposes of users，so as to better meet the needs of consumers.The platform should be more standardized，more readable，avoid disorderly browsing，and strengthen the publicity of its own platform.

1.绪论

1.1 研究背景

在互联网经济的发展过程中呈现出了很多特点，其中资源共享尤其重要。在互联网上很多的资源可以实现共享，其中也包括了多样化的知识，互联网经济的发展促成了知识付费的出现，也在不断推动知识付费的发展与普及。同时，在当今社会焦虑过重、信息高度过载、求知需求多样、社会竞争日益激烈等综合因素作用下，人们都迫切寻找一个满足自身个性化知识需求的出口，而互联网经济的不断发展照亮了这个出口。

2016年被称为知识付费元年，分答、得到、知乎等APP搅动着大家知识焦虑的神经;2017年、2018年这股风越刮越猛，出现了越来越多的APP，知识付费的内容更加丰富，越来越多的人加入到知识付费的行列中。这些付费知识分享平台借助互联网使知识“变现”成为现实，深刻改变着人们获取知识、创造财富的方式。……
