8月2日，國务院下发《关于同意全面深化服务贸易创新发展试点的批复》，同意在北京、天津、上海、重庆（21个区县）、海南、大连、厦门、青岛、深圳、石家庄、长春、哈尔滨、南京、苏州、杭州、合肥、济南、威海、武汉、广州、成都、贵阳、昆明、西安、乌鲁木齐和河北雄安新区、贵州贵安新区、陕西西咸新区等28个省、市（区域）全面深化服务贸易创新发展试点。试点期限为3年。

On August 2， the State Council issued the Approval on Agreeing to Comprehensively Deepen the Pilot Program of Innovative Development of Service Trade， agreeing to set up pilot programs of comprehensively deepening the innovative development of service trade in 28 provinces， cities （regions） including Beijing， Tianjin， Shanghai， Chongqing （21 districts and counties）， Hainan， Dalian， Xiamen， Qingdao， Shenzhen， Shijiazhuang， Changchun， Harbin， Nanjing， Suzhou， Hangzhou， Hefei， Jinan， Weihai， Wuhan， Guangzhou， Chengdu， Guiyang， Kunming， Xi'an， Urumqi， Hebei Xiong'an New Area， the New Area between Guiyang and Anshun， Shaanxi Xixian New Area， etc. The period of the pilot program is three years.
