【摘  要】科学技术发展之下，互联网对人们生活的影响越来越大。随着互联网技术的普及，人们生活的方方面面都要应用到信息技术，“互联网+”的模式也随之不断发展起来。在此背景之下，酒店管理工作为了更好地适应现今人们的需求，也在不断进行信息化建设，以求能够为客户提供更加优质的服务。论文探讨了“互联网+”背景下的酒店管理，分析了酒店信息化管理中存在的问题，并针对问题提出了相应的解决措施，以提升酒店的管理水平，促进酒店行业的可持续性发展。

【Abstract】Under the development of science and technology， the impact of the internet on people's life is growing. With the popularization of internet technology， people's life should be applied to information technology in every aspect， and the "internet +" mode is also developing continuously. In this context， in order to better adapt to the needs of today's people， hotel management is also constantly carrying out informatization construction， so as to provide customers with better services. This paper discusses the hotel management under the background of "internet +"， analyzes the problems existing in the informatization management of hotels， and proposes corresponding solutions to the problems， so as to improve the management level of hotels and promote the sustainable development of the hotel industry.

1 引言

酒店管理是酒店经营与发展的基础，良好的酒店管理能够让酒店的发展更上一层楼。但是在传统酒店的实际管理过程中，工作内容繁杂，处理当中许多地方都需要实时的最新数据，想要做好管理工作便需要大量的人力物力来支持，这使得酒店的运营成本与管理成本增加，不利于酒店的长期发展。而在现今互联网时代当中，酒店可以引入新型的管理技术，借助互联网信息科技，创新酒店管理方式，在提高管理效率的同时，也能够节省下大量的成本费用，使得酒店能够将更多的资本投入酒店发展当中。

2 “互联网+”背景下的酒店管理

互联网与移动互联网时代的到来，使得各个传统行业都受到了冲击，同时也给传统行业带来了生机。现今“互联网+”不仅仅是一个概念，更是各个行业发展的前景，是新型商业模式的基础。……
