【摘 要】 目的：觀察短时遮盖法联合阿托品在小儿弱视患儿治疗中的效果。方法：于2018年2月-2019年2月间在我院就诊的小儿弱视患儿中选取64例进行临床研究对象，应用抽签法的方式将所有患儿进行随机分组处理。其中观察组患儿联用短时遮盖法和阿托品进行治疗，对照组患儿则采用常规治疗方案，对两组患儿治疗前后的视力变化情况进行比较。结果：通过对两组患儿治疗前后的视力变化情况进行统计学软件验证比较后发现，两组患儿治疗的前的平均梳理水平均较低（P﹥0.05），观察组患儿治疗后三个月、六个月和九个月时的平均视力水平均要高于对照组，P﹤0.05。结论：在小儿弱视患儿治疗中联用短时遮盖法和阿托品，能够显著的改善患儿的视力水平，对于患儿的健康成长有着重要的意义，临床应用价值较高。

Abstract：Objective：to observe the short-term cover method combined atropine in pediatric effect in the treatment of children with amblyopia. Methods：in February 2018-February 2019 in our hospital between 64 patients with pediatric selection in children with amblyopia， clinical research object， the application of all children in the draw method of random grouping processing. The observation group with combined method of short covering and atropine treatment， control group with conventional treatment scheme is adopted， the change of the two groups before and after treatment in children with vision. Results：through the change of the two groups before and after treatment in children with vision found after comparing statistical software validation， the two groups before treatment in children with average carding levels are low （0.05） P st13， observation group with three months， six months after treatment and nine months average visual acuity level are higher than the control group， P ﹤ 0.05）. Conclusion：in children with amblyopia treatment in children with zoomlion and atropine， with short covering method can significantly improve the patient's visual acuity level， is of great significance for the healthy growth of children， higher clinical value.

小儿弱视是指儿童在视觉发育期因多种因素所致单眼或双眼视力低于相应年龄正常儿童的症状。临床研究发现，小儿弱视会严重威胁患儿的视功能，患儿若不及时就诊治疗，便会造成弱视病情的加重，导致患儿视力持续下降，不利于儿童的健康成长，严重者甚至会出现失明症状，需要加以重视。本研究为寻求更加安全有效的小儿弱视治疗方案，在我院就诊的小儿弱视患儿中抽取了部分进行对比研究，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法
