【摘要】 目的：探讨责任制助产护理对初产妇分娩及护理满意度的影响。方法：选本院足月分娩的初产妇60例，时间：2017年3月-2018年4月，随机分组，对照组30例，行常规助产护理，观察组30例，给予责任制助产护理。对比两组产程时间、产后出血、母婴并发症、护理满意度。结果：经护理，观察组产程比对照组短，产后出血比对照组少，母婴并发症比对照组少（P<0.05）;观察组护理满意度高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论：对初产妇进行一对一责任助产护理，产妇分娩质量提升，护理满意度良好，此方法可临床推广。

Abstract：Objective：To explore the effect of duty-based midwifery care on primipara maternal delivery and nursing satisfaction. Methods： Sixty primiparas were selected for full-term delivery in the hospital. Time： March 2017-2018， randomized， 30 patients in the control group， routine midwifery care， 30 observation groups， and duty-bearing midwifery Care. Compare the two groups of labor time， postpartum hemorrhage， maternal and child complications， and nursing satisfaction. Results： After nursing， the observation group was shorter than the control group， the postpartum hemorrhage was less than that of the control group， and the maternal and child complications were less than the control group （P<0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion： One-to-one responsible midwifery care for primipara women， the quality of maternity delivery is improved， and the satisfaction of nursing is good. This method can be clinically promoted.

分娩是胎儿脱离母体独立存在的一个时间过程，分为三个产程，前两个产程产妇会经历宫缩痛和生产疼痛，这对于初产妇来说，心理压力较大，不良情绪对生产结局会造成一定影响[1]。根临床经验，分娩期护理对母婴结局有相应影响。在以往产妇分娩期，通常对产妇进行常规护理，随着医疗模式的改进，出现了一对一责任制助产护理，这种护理方式更加具有针对性，护理质量更高。为进一步证实责任制助产护理对母婴结局的影响，本研究对所选取的部分初产妇实施责任制助产护理，并对护理效果进行分析，现报道如下。

1 资料与方法

1.1 临床资料

选取本院60例足月分娩初产妇，时间：2017年3月-2018年4月，对照组30例，年龄20～35岁，平均年龄 （38.3±3.4）岁;观察组30例，年龄21～36岁，平均年龄（29.1±3.6）岁;纳入标准[2]：①正常单胎。②认知正常。③无妊娠并发症。排除标准[3]：①有重要器官合并症。②胎膜早破。③胎儿畸形。④需剖宫产。两组患者基本资料无显著差异（P>0.05），可对比。

1.2 方法

（1）对照组行常规护理：对产妇行孕期检查，生产中监测生命体征，产后为产妇讲解喂养方法及注意事项等。
