摘  要：近年来，随着健康中国行动计划的落实，城市马拉松赛事呈现爆炸式增长，赛事医疗保障服务成为赛事成功的关键环节。太原国际马拉松赛是全国十大“双金”赛事之一，近年来吸引了众多跑友参加，医疗服务压力逐年增大，为完善提高医疗保障服务，通过对2019年太原国际马拉松医疗保障各环节组织运行情况进行回顾分析，探讨完善专业医疗保障和辅助志愿服务体系等要素，为今后马拉松医疗保障提供参考。

Abstract： In recent years， with the implementation of the Healthy China Action Plan， urban marathon events have shown explosive growth， and the medical security services have become a key part of the event's success. The Taiyuan international marathon is one of the top ten "double gold" events in the country. In recent years， it has attracted many runners to participate and the pressure on medical services has increased year by year. In order to improve the medical security services， the organization and operation of each medical security link of the 2019 taiyuan international marathon were reviewed and analyzed， and factors such as the improvement of professional medical security and auxiliary volunteer service system were discussed， so as to provide references for the medical security of the marathon in the future.

1  太原國际马拉松赛概况

太原国际马拉松赛自2010年开始已成功举办10届，是太原城市的一张体育名片，从2013年开始，就连续每年被中国田协评为“中国马拉松金牌赛事”，2018年被国际田联评为银标赛事，2019年6月成为国际田联金标赛事，成为国内第10个“双金”马拉松赛事，每年9月在太原举行。由中国田径协会、山西省体育局、太原市人民政府主办，山西省田径协会、太原市体育局承办，赛事总规模33000人，分男、女全程马拉松，男、女半程马拉松，迷你马拉松共5个组别。比赛线路：中国（太原）煤炭交易中心南门起跑—滨河西路—祥云桥—滨河东路—北中环桥—滨河西路—终点中国（太原）煤炭交易中心南门。

2  马拉松赛事医疗保障的重要性分析

马拉松赛由于参赛运动员众多且大多数为非专业运动员，缺乏系统专业的训练、赛事经验、突发情况应急处置技能，在比赛中容易受伤和患病，故大赛的医疗保障和救援就显得极其重要。……
