摘要：本文基于对影响环境工程建设因素与应对措施展开研究。首先，阐述环境工程基本内容;然后，分析得出人为因素、经济因素是影响环境工程建设的主要因素;最后，为促使环境工程建设工作能够顺利展开，给出加强工作队伍建设工作、平衡经济与环境关系、加大资金投入力度等有效措施。

Abstract：In this paper， based on the impact of environmental engineering construction factors and countermeasures. Firstly， the basic content of environmental engineering is described. Then， it is concluded that human factors and economic factors are the main factors affecting the construction of environmental engineering. Finally， in order to promote the smooth development of environmental engineering construction， the effective measures such as strengthening the work team construction， balancing the relationship between economy and environment， and increasing capital investment are given.

1 环境工程基本概述

环境工程学属于环境科学的范畴，环境工程学主要是在人类污染治理、环境保护以及改善生存环境中逐渐发展出来的一门学科。环境工程建设工作的展开，需要在环境工程学的引导下进行，由此可以看出，环境工程建设要围绕环境污染治理、污染预防以及提升生态环境质量等内容展开。环境工程对于国家以及民族的发展会产生直接影响，因此，环境工程建设工作是我国发展中的重点内容。因为环境工程建设工作属于一项系统性工作，所以，在其中会涉及许多不同内容。这也是导致环境工程在建设中，会受到不同因素影响。在此背景下，在展开环境工程建设工作时，要将整体思维理念与顶层设计理念融入其中，实现人类与环境的共同发展。

2 影响环境工程建设的因素

2.1 人为因素

从目前环境工程建设工作的开展中可以看出，环境工程建设指向的自然环境与人文环境，是人文环境的重要服务对象。由此可以看出，在环境工程建设中，人为因素是其中的主要影响因素。比如……
