School bullying， if not dealt with， can have serious consequences. Firstly， besides physical injury， those who are bullied could feel depressed and lonely， and thus withdraw from the society. Worse still， more and more students would drop out of school if their personal safely could not be guaranteed.

There are some effective ways to cope with school bullying. If we meet with school bullying， we should not answer violence with violence， because it will result in more fighting. Instead， we should tell our teachers or parents about it， who will help us deal with it well and protect us from the bullies. More importantly， the whole society should pay more attention to both physical and mental health of adolescents.

The kite is believed to have originated in China. Chinese kite with a long history of cultural significance was originally used as an emergency warning device. It was not until the Tang Dynasty that lighter kites made of first silk and then paper became an instrument of pleasure.

What we can't ignore is Marco Polo， who witnessed the flying of a manned kite in the city of Weifang in 1282 and brought the Chinese kites to Europe. Therefore， the city is namely home to the International Kite Association， and holds the Weifang International Kite Festival.
