【摘 要】目的：探究手术室护理质量综合评价指标在手术室持续质量改进中的实际应用。方法：选取2019年1月到2019年12月期间在我院开展手术治疗的患者共计80例作为观察对象，通过有无应用手术室护理质量综合评价指标，将所欲手术患者分为实验组（n=40）和对照组（n=40）。对比两组手术患者的工作质量评分、护理人员护理能力评分和患者及其家属的满意度。结果：实验组手术患者在利用了手术室护理质量综合评价指标进行手术室护理工作持续质量改进后，手术室工作质量评分、护理人员护理能力评分均明显高于对照组患者，且患者及其家属对手术室护理的满意度更高，差异具有统计学意义（p<0.05）。结论：临床在手术室持续质量改进中应用手术室护理质量综合评价指标能够显著提高手术室护理质量，能够显著提高患者的满意度，有利于医患关系的和谐发展，值得推广。

abstract： objective： to explore the practical application of the comprehensive evaluation index of nursing quality in the operating room in the continuous quality improvement. Methods： a total of 80 patients undergoing surgical treatment in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected as the observation objects， and the patients were divided into the experimental group （n=40） and the control group （n=40） based on whether or not the comprehensive evaluation index of operating room nursing quality was applied. The work quality score， nursing staffs nursing ability score and the satisfaction of patients and their families were compared between the two groups. Results： the surgical patients in the use of the operating room nursing quality comprehensive evaluation index for the operating room nursing after continuous quality improvement， operating room work quality score， nursing care ability score were significantly higher than that of control group patients， and patients and their families to the operating room nursing satisfaction is higher， statistically significant difference （p < 0.05）. Conclusion： the application of comprehensive evaluation index of operating room nursing quality in the continuous quality improvement of operating room can significantly improve the quality of operating room nursing， can significantly improve the satisfaction of patients， is conducive to the harmonious development of doctor-patient relationship， and is worth promoting.

随着医改制度的不断深入发展，人们对医疗服务的要求也越来越高。手术室作为临床病患较多的科室，手术室管理工作难度更高，且工作量大[1]，交接工作繁琐复杂。手术作为临床常见的治疗方式，对于大多数疾病的治疗起到关键性甚至是不可替代的作用。因此，手术室管理水平、手术室工作人员护理能力的高低对于患者的疾病康复具有重要的现实意义。临床对于手术室护理管理工作的持续质量改进是医疗服务发展的现实需要，为了让患者在接受治疗的同时感受到优质的护理服务，提高临床体验，手术室护理质量综合评价指标的应用也越来越广泛，促进了医患关系的进一步发展。……
