【摘 要】：目的：研究一次性根管治疗应用在乳牙牙髓根尖周病的临床效果。方法：将2019年2月～2020年2月我院收治的78例乳牙牙髓根尖周病患儿作为研究对象，按照随机原则将患儿分为对照组和观察组，每组39例患儿，对照组患儿采用的是传统治疗方法，观察组患儿采用一次性根管治疗方法。对比分析两组患儿的临床治疗效果。结果：观察组患儿的治疗总有效率、无疼痛患儿比例均显著高于对照组。结论：在乳牙牙髓根尖周病患儿的治疗中使用一次性根管治疗方法，能够有效避免多次治疗操作，且治疗效果显著，值得推广。

Abstract：Objective： To study the clinical effect of one-time root canal therapy on periapical disease of deciduous teeth. Methods： 78 patients with periapical periapical disease of deciduous teeth treated in our hospital from February 2019 to February 2020 were taken as the research object. The children were divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random principle， 39 patients in each group In the control group， the children in the control group were treated with traditional treatment， while the observation group was treated with a one-time root canal treatment. Comparative analysis of the clinical treatment effect of the two groups of children. Results： The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group and the proportion of children without pain were significantly higher than those in the control group.

根尖周病是指发生在根尖周围牙周膜、牙槽骨以及牙骨质的疾病，乳牙牙髓根尖周病就是其中发病率较高的一种，患儿的临床表现主要为牙槽肿胀、疼痛等，如果没有得到及时且有效的处理，患儿的口腔健康以及生活质量将会受到严重影响。一次性根管治疗是目前使用比较普遍的乳牙牙髓根尖周病治疗方法，能够减少频繁操作引起的疼痛等不良事件，并且使患儿得到较好的治疗。笔者以我院患儿为例，对此展开临床研究。

1 资料与方法

1.1 一般资料

78例患儿，男女比例为45：33，患儿的年龄在3岁～11岁，平均（5.2±1.4）岁;患儿能够感受到患牙咬合时有疼痛感，有牙髓坏疽、穿髓孔、牙髓坏死等症状，且患儿的基本情况与乳牙根管治疗原则相符;同时，患儿的家属了解本次研究情况，自愿配合。两组患儿的一般资料无显著统计学差异，可在临床上进行对比研究。……
