【摘 要】 目的：观察感染后咳嗽风邪恋肺证患者应用中西医疗法治疗的疗效。方法：选取64例感染后咳嗽风邪恋肺证患者，随机分为对照组及观察组，对照组给予复方甲氧那明胶囊进行治疗，观察组在对照组基础上给予加味止嗽散，观察两组治疗效果。结果：从治疗总有效率情况来看，对照组总有效率为75%，观察组总有效率为84.38%，观察组总有效率明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。从咳嗽程度和频率积分情况来看，两组积分较治疗前均有下降，但症状改善情况则存在差异，观察组治疗效果更佳（P<0.05）。结论：针对于感染后咳嗽患者应用加味止嗽散行中西医结合治疗可以较单纯西医治疗获得更佳的疗效。

Abstract：Objective to explore the curative effect of Integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on patients with post-infectious cough wind pathogen adhering lung.Methods We first selected 64 PIC patients as a sample and then randomly divided them into control group and observation group. The control group was treated with compound methoxyphenamine capsule while the observation group was added with JiaweiZhisou Powder except for routine treatment. Results The total effective rate was 75% in the control group and 84.38% in the observation group，the overall effective rate of these two groups was significantly different and the observation group was much better than the control group（P<0.05）. For cough degree and frequency score， both of these two groups were significantly declined compared with before treatment. However， the clinical symptoms of the observation group were significantly better than the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion For the patients with post-infectious cough， the combination of Chinese and Western medicine with Jiawei Zhisou powder can achieve better curative effect than that of Western medicine alone.

感染后咳嗽（post-infectious cough，PIC）[1]，主要症状表现为咳嗽，是指呼吸道感染患者已脱离感染急性期，但咳嗽症状未完全好转，呈现持续不缓解状态，咳嗽性质以刺激性干咳为主，偶见咯白色粘痰，量少难咯，可伴有咽喉瘙痒、咽痛，多于刺激性因素作用下成阵发性发作。咳嗽发作诱因较多，可因冷空气的刺激而引发;烟雾中的小颗粒也是诱发因素，刺激性气体作用下咳嗽明显加重;运动亦是咳嗽的诱发因素之一，发作时出现咽喉异物感，气道敏感性增强，以夜间发作多见，症状持续不解，病程可达3～8周[1-2]。PIC患者虽临床症状明显，但胸部影像学检查为阴性，未发现感染灶，属亚急性咳嗽范畴。PIC多可自愈，是一种自限性疾病，但症状亦反复，对患者正常生活、工作产生严重影响;且并非所有患者均可自愈，少数出现顽固性咳嗽，持续不缓解，最终发展为慢性咳嗽[1]。感染后咳嗽在临床并不少见，西医治疗上主要以镇咳药物为主，应用抗组胺药物缓解气道敏感，减少气道充血，缓解临床症状，但缺乏特异性治疗药物，治疗效果因人而异。……
