摘      要：针对中国西部道路建设对高等级道路沥青的市场需求及塔河炼化生产高等级道路沥青存在的问题，依据塔河炼化现有生产装置和产品结构，选择了焦化分馏塔塔底辐射油作为沥青生产原料，并对焦化辐射油进行实沸点蒸馏获得各段渣油，分析研究各段渣油生产沥青产品的性质，确定了沥青生产新工艺。按照新工艺路线开展了生产，通过实际生产对新工艺技术方案进行了评价。研究得出，高等级道路沥青生产新工艺流程能够生产出了符合指标要求的高等级道路沥青，新工艺技术先进、流程简单，生产的高等级道路沥青满足了西部道路建设的需求。

Abstract：In view of the market demand for high-grade road asphalt and the problem of producing high-grade road asphalt from Tahe crude oil， according to the existing production plant and product structure of Tahe refining company， the radiant oil at the bottom of coking and fractionating tower was selected as the raw material for asphalt production， and the real boiling point distillation of the coking radiant oil was carried out to obtain each section of residual oil. The properties of the asphalt products produced from each section of residual oil were analyzed，and new production process was determined. The production was carried out according to the new process route， and the technical scheme was evaluated through the actual production. It was concluded that the new process of high-grade road asphalt production can produce high-grade road asphalt that meets the requirements of the indicators， and the new process technology is advanced and the process is simple， and the product meets the needs of road construction in Western China.

随着国家高速公路网络的建设，道路交通对沥青产品质量要求日益严格。近年来，在高档次、大交通量、重载较多的道路建设中，对高等级道路沥青的需求量更大、质量要求更加嚴格。中国西部经济基础相对薄弱，高速公路网络相对落后。随着中国经济发展重心逐渐向中西部转移进程中，中国西部道路建设迎来高速发展的增长期。西部道路建设对高等级道路沥青生产提出迫切的需求。

目前国内外生产高等级道路沥青的生产工艺主要有减压蒸馏（深拔）、溶剂脱沥青、沥青氧化和沥青改性等手段。其中最简单、最经济的方法就是由减压蒸馏直接生产高等级道路沥青。……
