【摘   要】 中等职业学校学生技能的生成方法需要遵循一定的规律，我校现代农艺技术专业的师生经过多年探索，总结出了备、组、讲、范、训、评、理、固“技能生成8字教学法”。通过专业全体师生的尝试、实践，对专业技能课教学具有很好的指导意义，8字教学法是行之有效的。

Exploring the Method of Students' Skills Generation —— A Case of Modern Agronomic Technology in Shehong Vocational Secondary School

[Abstract] The generation method of students' skills in secondary vocational schools needs to follow certain rules. After years of exploration， the teachers and students of modern agronomic technology major in our school have summed up the "8-character teaching method of skill generation ". Through the attempt and practice of all the teachers and students of the major， it has a good guiding significance for the teaching of professional courses， and the 8-character teaching method is effective.

学生技能生成需要课内教学与课外巩固相兼顾。专业技能课与文化理论课相比，由于教学地点、教学目标、教学形式、教学手段、学习方式、评价方式等诸方面的不同，因而教学环节不同于理论课教学和文化课教学。专业技能课虽然重点在学习技能，但也要学习重要的、相关的理论知识，实现理论与技能同步学习，因此技能课教学也不等同于普通的纯师带徒的简单教学。在现代学徒制人才培养背景下，专业课教师既是老师也是师傅，企业师傅既是师傅也是指导教师。为了规范专业技能课教学环节，提高教学的有效性，实现“教师与师傅”合一，“学生与学徒”合一，让学生更好掌握谋生发展的技能，适应行业、企业的需要。

我们通过对现代农艺技术专业学生技能生成方法的长期探索，提出了学生“技能生成8字教学法”。即：“备”、“组”、“讲”、“范”、“训”、“评”、“理”、“固”。通过专业全体师生的尝试、实践，对专业技能课教学具有很好的指导意义，8字教学法是行之有效的。
